These Terms of Use govern access to the Avenris Solutions website and its contributor and application features. By accessing or using those features, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant services.
1. About Avenris

These Terms do not replace any separately signed client, contributor, or project agreement. The full legal identity and registered business address should be confirmed in the applicable agreement and business correspondence.
2. Website information
Descriptions of services, proposed workflows, and opportunities are provided for general information. They are not a binding offer, guarantee of particular results, or commitment to make work available. Project scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities are governed by separately agreed written terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Contributor accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older who can lawfully use the platform. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized account use. Do not share accounts or access credentials. We may restrict accounts involved in misuse or security incidents, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.
4. Applications, assessments and opportunities
Creating a profile, applying, or completing an assessment does not guarantee acceptance, assignment, compensation or employment. Listings can change, close, or be withdrawn. Eligibility, location restrictions, project duration, requirements and selection steps depend on the specific opportunity and any written project terms. Do not begin billable work unless authorized under the applicable engagement.
5. Contributor relationship and payment
Use of the website alone does not create an employment, contractor, agency, or partnership relationship. If selected for work, the parties must agree to the relevant engagement terms, which govern classification where legally applicable, rates, acceptable work, invoices or payment methods, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination. Any mandatory employment or contractor protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit false qualifications, interfere with platform security, access another person's data without authorization, scrape protected areas, introduce malicious code, or use the platform unlawfully. Assessments and projects may have additional rules, including restrictions on outside assistance or AI tools, communicated before participation.
7. Content and intellectual property
Website text, visual elements, software and Avenris branding are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may view the site for legitimate personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission. You retain rights in material you upload, subject to permissions necessary to process an application or deliver an agreed service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. These Terms do not automatically transfer ownership of contributor work.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; our Cookie Notice explains browser storage and optional measurement. Third-party websites and services may have independent terms. Do not upload passwords or unnecessary sensitive information to project inquiries.
9. Availability and security
We aim to maintain a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may maintain, modify, or suspend features for security, legal, or operational reasons. Contact us if you discover a suspected security problem; do not attempt to exploit it.
10. Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website materials are provided without guarantees that they are complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits statutory consumer or worker rights, or overrides a separately signed agreement.

Applicable mandatory law and the terms of a separately executed agreement determine relevant rights, remedies, jurisdiction and dispute procedures; these website Terms do not designate a court or waive mandatory legal protections.
