Referral terms.

Participation is optional and does not create employment, agency, or a client service agreement.

Client referrals

A client referral must be a genuine business inquiry submitted through your unique client link. Avenris reviews every inquiry and may reject duplicates, existing opportunities, self-referrals, spam, incomplete inquiries, or referrals that do not meet program rules. If accepted, the referral may qualify for a commission equal to the rate shown in the contributor portal on the first qualifying client payment received by Avenris. The Owner must verify the lead, record the qualifying payment, and separately approve the reward. No commission is earned on later payments, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices.

Contributor referrals

A contributor referral must be a new signup through your separate contributor link. A proposed $10 USD reward becomes eligible only after the referred contributor is approved and completes qualifying paid work. The Owner verifies eligibility and approves the reward. A referral is not payable merely because someone signs up or is approved.

Review, payment, and abuse

Rewards are subject to Owner review and approval. Referral links may not be used for spam, deceptive claims, paid ads that imply Avenris endorsement, or self-referral. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals may be rejected or reversed. Approved rewards are paid manually using the method and timing confirmed by Avenris; referral approval does not initiate a payment. Program availability, eligibility, and rates can be changed prospectively. Applicable law and taxes remain the participant’s responsibility.

Privacy

Avenris uses referral codes to attribute inquiries and signups, prevent duplicate claims, review eligibility, and maintain an audit record. Referral links do not expose the referrer’s private contact details. Client lead contact details are visible only to authorized Owner staff. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
